Pamela Ong joined the Redlands Athletic Department in 1996 and
serves as the Administrative Assistant/Transportation Coordinator
located in Currier Gym.
Born and raised in Sacramento, Ong earned her Bachelor of Science
in Business Administration at California State University,
Sacramento. Prior to relocating to Redlands, she worked in
Sacramento as a software trainer, public information officer and
program analyst.
Travel is Ong’s passion and her goal is to visit all 50
states in the U.S. and see as much of the planet as possible. So
far, she has visited more than 30 states and Washington, D.C. Her
travels outside the country include China, Japan, Taiwan,
Australia, Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, and several countries in
Europe.
Away from the office, Ong enjoys reading, scrapbooking and planning
her next trip. She and her husband, Les Kong, reside in Redlands.
Their son, Matt, attends the University of Redlands.
