Nationally-Ranked Redlands Tennis Teams to Host USTA Campus Kids’ Day on March 9

As part of the United States Tennis Association (USTA) Campus Kids' Day promotion, the University of Redlands men's and women's tennis teams invite the local community to Verdieck Courts on Saturday, March 9, for a pair of premiere NCAA Division III showdowns. The No. 24 Bulldog women kick off the action at 9:30 a.m. against Case Western Reserve University (OH) before the 16th-ranked Redlands men take on the No. 21 University of Mary Washington (VA) at 2 p.m.

The USTA Campus Kids' Day is designed to expose more junior players, their parents, and coaches to collegiate tennis. However, fans of all ages are encouraged to attend and experience these exciting competitions between high-quality teams.

The event is free to all spectators. Light refreshments will be provided at the match. In addition, an appearance by Thurber, the Bulldog mascot, is expected.
