REDLANDS, Calif. — This morning the University of Redlands Department of Intercollegiate Athletics announced a partnership with Teamworks, the leading operating system for elite athletics, to implement the Teamworks Compliance + Recruiting and Hub platforms across all of its NCAA Division III sports programs. The agreement positions Bulldog Athletics and the Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC) at the forefront of compliance innovation and underscores the department's commitment to institutional integrity and student-athlete success.

"At Redlands, we are relentlessly focused on creating an environment where our student-athletes are set up to thrive — not only in competition, but in every dimension of their college experience," said Nikki Ayers, Vice President for Intercollegiate Athletics at the University of Redlands. "Partnering with Teamworks gives our coaches and staff the technology infrastructure to do that work more effectively, so we can spend less time chasing paperwork and more time investing in our student-athletes."

The Hub Platform
The Hub platform from Teamworks is a centralized communication and operations tool designed to keep athletic organizations connected and organized. It streamlines messaging, scheduling, document sharing, and announcements in one secure place, helping coaches, staff, and student-athletes stay aligned without relying on scattered apps or emails. By integrating daily workflows into a single platform, Hub improves efficiency, reduces miscommunication, and ensures that everyone in the program has access to the information they need in real time.

Streamlining Compliance in a Changing Landscape
The Teamworks Compliance + Recruiting platform — formerly known as ARMS — is built to simplify NCAA compliance operations by automating workflows, centralizing data, and maintaining the most current NCAA ruleset within the system. The software enables athletic departments to manage rosters, track recruiting activity, and oversee student-athlete eligibility in a single, unified platform.

"The landscape of college athletics continues to evolve at a remarkable pace, and our responsibility to our student-athletes requires that our operations keep pace with it," Ayers said. "Teamworks allows us to integrate compliance intelligence directly into our day-to-day processes, while also launching the Hub platform to centralize communication, resources, and support for our student-athletes. Together, these tools strengthen our institutional controls, enhance the student-athlete experience, and reflect our commitment to operating with integrity. That alignment with our values made this an easy decision."
