SCIAC Men's Track & Field Weekly Release (Week 5)

REDLANDS, Calif. - The Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC) selections were made for Men's Track & Field Athletes of the Week Monday with junior sprinter Jaiden Coleman (Las Vegas, NV) receiving recognition as the Track Athlete of the Week.  First recognition in his career and the first Bulldog this season to earn weekly accolades. 

With the majority of the University of Redlands athletes at the outdoor meet and some competing at the Wartburg Qualifier, the Bulldogs took third in the men's standings with 105 points.  

Coleman totaled 26 of the points thanks to wins and personal bests in the 100m (10.86) and 200m (21.65). He also took third in the long jump (6.59m, 21' 5 ½").

Redlands returns to competition this Saturday, March 14 when they compete in the Oxy Distance Carnival in Los Angeles at Occidental College.
