2010:  Veteran distance runner who added depth for thesecond-place Bulldogs… Posted a time of 9:22.88 in hisseason debut in the 3000m run, placing 22^nd at thePomona-Pitzer All-Comers Meet (2/20)… Collected threetop-five performances from between March 6 and April 3… Puttogether his best finish of the year at the SCIAC Multi-Dual MeetNo.2 (4/3) by clocking a 10:20.38 in the steeplechase for athird-place finish…  Notched a personal-record of16:03.75 in the 5000m run at the Pomona-Pitzer T&F Invite(4/10)… Posted his fastest steeplechase of the season at theSCIAC Championships, placing 11^th overall with a time of10:10.35… Also a member of the cross countryprogram…

2009: Competed in the distance events for the Bulldogs…Clocked a 10:13.36 in the 3000m in his first appearance of theseason at the Rossi Relays… Shaved nearly a minute off ofhis Rossi Relays time at the SCIAC Invitational week later,crossing the finish line 10th in the 3000m at a season-best9:23.02… Covered the 3000m Steeplechase in a seventh-place10:32.73 at the SCIAC Top-4 meet… Charted the team’stop time in the 1500m Run at the Redlands Invitational with a4:20.04… Clocked a season-best 10:21.27 in the 3000mSteeplechase at the SCIAC Multi-Duals… Registered hisseason-best 5000m time of 16:40.84 at the highly-competitiveOccidental Invitational… Also a member of the Bulldog crosscountry team...

2008: Distance runner in his rookie campaign for the Bulldog track& field team… Member of the team that finished second inthe SCIAC… Finished ninth in the 5000m at the SCIACChampionship meet with a season-best time of 16:04.51… Ranthe 800m in 2:03.82 at the SCIAC Multi-Duals… Nabbed sixthplace in the 5000m at the SCIAC Multi-Duals as well(16:13.74)… Competed in the highly-competitive Ben BrownInvitational, clocking a 16:17.09 mark in the 5000m… Also amember of the Bulldog cross country team…
