2010:  Versatile sprinter and jumper who excelled forthe second-place Bulldogs… Took second in the 200m dash witha time of 22.75 seconds at the season-opening Pomona-PitzerAll-Comers Meet (2/20)… Runner-up in the long jump at theRossi Relays with a leap of 20’3”…  Puttogether an impressive meet at the SCIAC Multi-Dual No.1 (3/6)taking home first in both the 200m dash (22.74) and long jump(20’2”) while placing second in the triple jump(41’5”)… Finished second at the Redlands Invite(3/19) in the 400m run with a time of 48.92… Recorded afirst-place leap of 42’6” in the triple jump during theSCIAC Multi-Dual No. 2… Scored multiple points for Redlandsat the SCIAC Championships (4/30), earning All-Conference honorswhile setting season-bests in the 200m dash (22.05), 400m run(48.32) and as a member of 4x100m relay that finished in 42.68seconds… Collected 18 top-five performances, including 13top-three marks…

2009: Talented athlete who starred in the 400m and 200m as wellas the Long Jump and the Triple Jump… Took fifth in the LongJump (20’ 4”) at the Azusa Pacific Indoor…Registered an eight-place leap of 20’ 10 ¾” inthe Long Jump and a fifth-place leap of 43’ 2 ¼”in the Triple Jump at the Rossi Relays… Picked up top-10finishes in the Long Jump (20’ 11 ¼”, fifth) andthe Triple Jump (42’, fourth) at the SCIACInvitational… Crossed the finish line at 49.51 in the 200mat the Redlands Invitational, taking second… Offered theteam’s top performance in the 200m at the Pomona-PitzerInvitational, placing 20th overall with a 22.73… Won the400m at the SCIAC Multi-Duals (48.88) while adding fifth-placemarks in the Long Jump (21’ 4 ¾”) and the TripleJump (42’ 11”)… Captured the conference title inthe 400m at the SCIAC Championships, covering the one-lap sprint ina season-best 48.48… That time cleared theNCAA provisional qualifying standard… Also placedsecond in the Long Jump (22’ 8 ½”) and fourth inthe Triple Jump (44’ 9 ½”) at SCIACs…Both marks served as his season-bests… Member of thethird-place 4x400m Relay at the conference championshipmeet… Clocked a season-best 22.24 in the 200m at theOccidental Invitational… All-SCIAC in the 400m, the LongJump, the Triple Jump and the 4x400m Relay… Dean’sList member… Named the team’s Field MVP…

2008: Rookie student-athlete for Redlands… His standoutperformances in both the field and track events helped the teamearn second place in the SCIAC… Turned in solid performancesat the Pomona All-Comers meet with marks of 20’ 2” and43’ 5 ½” in the Long Jump and Triple Jump,respectively… Crossed the line at a blisteringly-fast 49.25in the 400m at the SCIAC Multi-Duals… Also notched a43’ 7” mark in the Triple Jump at the SCIACMulti-Duals… Led off the 4x100m Relay that took first at theSCIAC Multi-Duals with a 3:16.17 time… Posted a mark of21’ 1 ¼” in the Long Jump and a winning distanceof 44’ 4” in Triple Jump in the dual meet againstFresno Pacific University… Ran a swift 22.84 mark in the200m at the Ben Brown Invitational, taking fifth overall in theevent… Member of the first-place 4x400m Relay at thePomona-Pitzer Invite (3:18.43)… Took first overall in theTriple Jump at the SCIAC Top-4 meet (44’ 4¼”)… Placed second in the Triple Jump at theBen Brown Invitational (43’ 7 ¼”)…Enjoyed much success at the SCIAC Championships, taking fifth inthe Long Jump (21’ 7 ½”), fourth in the 400m(49.32) and fourth in the Triple Jump (44’ 9”)…Both field marks at the conference championship meet proved to beseason bests… Member of the first-place 4x400 Relay(3:16.54) and the second-place 4x100 Relay (43.12) at the SCIACChampionship meet… All-SCIAC in the Long Jump, the 400m, the4x100m Relay, the 4x400m Relay and the Triple Jump…
