2010:  Established himself as one of the prime longdistance runners in the SCIAC… Helped the Bulldogs to asecond-place finish…  Opened up the 2010 season at thePomona-Pitzer All-Comers meet, recording a time of 9:09.41 in the3,000m run…  Notched two third-place finishes in hisfirst conference competition by running the steeplechase in 9:46.18and the 5000m run in 15:44.33… Won the 5000m (15:28.91) onhis home turf during the Redlands Invite on March 19…Finished as the 5000m (10:05.72) runner-up at the second SCIACMulti-Dual of the season (4/3)… Put together an impressivemeet at the SCIAC No.3 (4/18), winning both the 5000m (15:52.94)and the steeplechase (9:52.09)… Recorded his best time ofthe season at the SCIAC Championships (4/30) to earn All-Conferencehonors in the steeplechase with a sixth-place time of9:32.14… Finished out the season at the Occidental Invite(5/15) and clocked a time of 9:58.97 for fourth overall…URScholar-Athlete… Also a decorated member of the crosscountry team…

2009: Served as the team’s distance ace… Kicked offthe season with a 9:45.82 3000m performance at the RossiRelays… Took third in the 2000m Steeplechase at the SCIACInvitational (6:32.2)… Charted a third-place time of10:08.05 in the 3000m Steeplechase at the SCIAC Top-4 meet…Broke the 10-minute barrier in the 3000m Steeplechase at thePomona-Pitzer Invitational, placing sixth with a season-best timeof 9:46.18… Captured fourth in the 3000m Steeplechase(9:48.46) and eighth in the 5000m (16:00.04) at the SCIACMulti-Duals… Finished sixth in the 3000m Steeplechase(9:50.77) and 12th in the 5000m (15:40.59) at the SCIACChampionships… Checked in at a season-best 15:35.93 in the5000m at the Steve Scott Invitational… All-SCIAC in the3000m Steeplechase… Also a member of the Bulldog crosscountry team…

2008: Solid distance runner for the Bulldogs… Helped theteam earn a second-place finish at the SCIAC Championshipmeet… Ran his season-best time in the 5000m at the Ben BrownInvitational (15:36.50)… At the SCIAC Multi-Duals, took 10thin the 1500m (4:17.12) and 13th in the 5000m (16:43.08)…Took third in the 1500m against Fresno Pacific University(4:15.66)… Top Bulldog finisher in the 5000m at thePomona-Pitzer Invite, turning in a 16th-place time of15:40.58… Took second only to teammate Chris Smith in the5000m at the Oxy Distance Carnival (15:46.86)… Finished 19thin the 5000m at the SCIAC Championship meet, checking in at16:30.77… Also competes on the Redlands cross countryteam…
