2017: Fourth-year distance runner for the Bulldogs… Completed the 1500 at the Pomona-Pitzer Invite in 4:21.13 for his career-best… Posted his season-best time of 11:00.46 in the 3000 Steeplechase during the SCIAC Championships… Earned a spot on the SCIAC All-Academic Team… U of R Scholar-Athlete… Also ran cross country for the Bulldogs…

2016: Third-year distance runner for the Bulldogs… Began the season with a 3000 time of 9:53.52 at the Pomona-Pitzer All-Comers… His fastest showing in the 3000 Steeple came at the SCIAC Multi-Dual No. 1 where he clocked a time of 10:33.21… Improved upon his 5000 Meter performance with a career-best time of 17:20.65 during the Pomoa-Pitzer Invite… Fired off a solid 1500 time of 4:29.88 during the Redlands Invitational… Became a SCIAC All-Academic Team selection… Redlands Scholar-Athlete… Also ran cross country for Redlands…

2015: Quality distance runner in his second season with the Maroon and Gray… Posted a career-best time of 9:45.91 in the 3000 Meters to start the season at the Pomona-Pitzer All-Comers… His best 1500 time of 4:28.93 came at the Pomona-Pitzer Invite… Stepped up with his career-best time in the 3000 Steeple during the SCIAC Championships by unleashing a time of 10:27.06… Dabbled in the 800 Meters with by posting a mark of 2:14.77 at the SCIAC Multi-Dual No. 2… Redlands Scholar-Athlete… Also ran cross country for Redlands…

2014:  Notched quality performances for the Bulldogs during his inaugural campaign… Gained experience in the distance events… Recorded a time of 10:04.50 in his first and only 3000 Meters during the Rossi Relays on February 22… Completed the 5000 Meters in 17:21.24 during the Oxy Distance Carnival and Sprint Festival on March 14… Primarily focused on the 3000 Steeplechase, with his best performance of 10:56.83 coming at the SCIAC Track & Field Championships… UR Scholar-Athlete…
