Andrea Lyon -- TFRRS Career History

2018

  • First-year sprinter for the Maroon and Gray women’s team that finished second in the SCIAC and tied-for-13th at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Championships
  • Ran the 60 Meters in 8.21 at the Mountain T’s Invite to start the season… Contributed to the winning 4x100 Relay that clocked a 49.08 at the SCIAC Multi-Dual No. 1
  • Finished fourth in the 200 Meters with a career-best time of 26.42 at the third conference dual meet
  • Also uncorked a time of 12.83 in the 100 for sixth place
  • Bettered that effort with a time of 12.68 at the Redlands Final Qualifier
  • Also uncorked the fastest 100 time of her young career at 12.83 for sixth place at the same meet

  • Why I Became a Bulldog Student-Athlete: I chose to come back to U of R for my MBA in order to pursue a higher and more business-focused level of education. Additionally, I feel blessed and excited for the opportunity to compete and participate in another track season as a Bulldog.
