2016:  Provided consistently impressive times all season… His best finish came at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational, during which he crossed the finish line in 26:08.9 for 12^th place… Registered a 26^th-place finish at the SCIAC Championships… Competed at the NCAA West Regional Championships for the second time in his career… Completed the race in 26:53.4 for 23^rd place to earn All-West Region honors… Made his inaugural appearance at the NCAA Division III Championships in Louisville, KY, as the only SCIAC individual to qualify and ran a solid race in 26:19.2… Also competes for the track & field team…

2015: Put together an impressive junior season… Took fifth place at the Redlands Invitational by crossing the finish in 19:17:0 for the 6k-course… Finished eighth with a season-best 8k-time of 26:21.5 during the SCIAC Multi-Dual meet… Also competed for the Bulldog track & field team…

2014:  One of the top harriers for the Bulldogs… Opened his solid second season on August 30 with a fifth-place finish at the Redlands Invitational by clocking a 6K-time of 19:34.9… Recorded consistent 8K-times during the season…  His first time of 27:38.2 came at the UC Riverside Invite on September 13, followed by his season-best mark of 26:38.5 at the Pomona-Pitzer XC Invite on October 4…  Also competed in the NCAA West Regional Championships, where he uncorked a solid time of 26:54.1 for 47th overall… Member of the squad that earned USTFCCCA All-Academic Team honors… Also ran track & field for the Maroon and Gray…

2013:  Competed in four meets for the Bulldogs… Began his collegiate career at the Redlands Invitational, where he completed the 6K-course in 23:24.60… Recorded a season-best time of 27:03.8 in the 8K, which earned him 59th place at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational… Completed the SCIAC Multi-Dual in 27:04.7 for 23rd place… Received an Opportunity Grant and University Grant…
