2016:  Provided solid finishes all season as a junior runner… Shaved 20 seconds off his 6k time with a mark of 19:35.0 for fourth place at the Redlands Invitational… His fastest 8k came at the UC Riverside Invitational where he broke the 27-minute mark for the first time in his career with a quick time of 26:56.5… Made his third appearance at the NCAA West Regional Championships by finishing with a time of 27:29.7… Runs for the track & field team as well… Collected SCIAC All-Academic Team honors… Redlands Scholar-Athlete…

2015: Put together an impressive sophomore season as a Bulldog… Took 18th place at the season-opening Redlands Invitational with a time of 19:57:0… During the SCIAC Multi-Dual meet, Unger ran the 8k in just under 28 minutes… Knocked off 15 seconds at the NCAA DIII West Regional meet by finishing the race in 27:43:0… Earned SCIAC All-Academic Cross Country Team honors… Redlands Scholar-Athlete… Also a member of the Bulldog track & field team

2014:  Capable rookie runner for the Bulldogs… Made his collegiate debut by taking eighth at the Redlands Invite with a 6K-time of 19:58.2… Recorded a time of 28:41.1 in his first 8K-race during the UC Riverside Invite on September 13... Improved his mark by more than a minute during the SCIAC Multi-Duals, finishing 40th overall with a time of 27:31.4… Notched a career-best time of 27:16.9 during the NCAA West Regional Championships on November 15… Member of the squad that earned USTFCCCA All-Academic Team honors… Redlands Scholar-Athlete… Also ran track & field for the Maroon and Gray…
