2016: Solid competitor and leader as a veteran runner… Incredibly, shaved two minutes off his 8k time in his final campaign… Ran his fastest career 8k at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational in 28:53.6… Also competes for the track & field program…

2015: Competed in four cross country meets in his junior season… Finished the Redlands Invitational with a 6k-time of 22:16:0… His season-best time came at the Pomona-Pitzer Invite by crossing the finish line in 30:57:5… Also competed for the Maroon and Gray track & field team… 

2014:   Solid second-year runner for the Bulldogs… Placed 27th at the Redlands Invitational with a 6K-time of 23:30.5… After a rough start to the 8K-portion of the season, he improved by more than five minutes with a time of 29:50.7 at the Pomona-Pitzer Invite on October 4… Ran even faster at the SCIAC Multi-Duals by crossing the finish line 29:48.9 for his first top-100 finish in the 8K… Member of the squad that earned USTFCCCA All-Academic Team honors… Also ran track & field for the Maroon and Gray… 

2013:  Competed in five meets as a rookie runner… Began his collegiate career at the Redlands Invitational where he completed the 6K-course in a time of 24:02.90… Posted an 8K season-best mark of 29:44.7 at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational… Received the Presidential Scholarship…
