2010:  Veteran presence for the Maroon and Gray… Raced in each of the seven competitions, finishing as the Bulldogs’ No. 2 or No. 3 scorer… Found his stride in the final two meets by posting a time of 27:18.65 at the SCIAC Championships (10/20) and followed that up with a career-best time of 26:51.08 at the NCAA West Regional (11/13)… Voted by coaches and teammates as the Team’s Most Improved Runner… Assisted the team in collecting U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Academic honors with a cumulative team GPA of 3.22… Rose Hill Science Scholarship and Endowed Scholarship recipient… Redlands Scholar-Athlete… Member of the Bulldog track & field program…

2009: A consistent force for the Bulldog starting five… Competed in all six races, finishing second or third each time out… Posted his fastest time on the year (27:09.07) at the West Region Preview Meet (10/3) where he placed 23^rd overall…Helped contribute to the Bulldogs’ three-year run among the regional top-10… Rose Hill Scholarship recipient… Member of the track & field team…

2008: Enjoyed a successful freshman campaign with the Bulldog cross country team... Clocked a 29:45.06 in his collegiate debut at the Redlands Invitational... Offered the team's second-best finish at the SCIAC Championships (27:42.76)... Finished 51st at Regionals with a season-best time of 26:45.79... Named the team's Rookie of the Year... Also competed for the Redlands track & field team... Dean's List member... Redlands Scholar-Athlete...
