2012:  Third-year competitor for Redlands… Notched his best time of the season on an 8K-course at thePomona-Pitzer Invitational, crossing the finish line in a mark of31:46.4…  Registered a solid time of 33:16.5 at theSCIAC Multi-Duals in La Mirada…  Uncorked a mark of32:22.5 at the SCIAC Championships…  Achievement Awardwinner…

2011:  Contributing member of the Bulldog cross countryteam… Opened his sophomore year with a time of 24:38.91on the 6K course at the Redlands Invitational… Put togetheran eventual season-best time of 30:58.4 during the 8K race at theUC Riverside Invitational… Ran the Pomona-Pitzer Invite in31:16.9… Gained significant experience at the NCAA WestRegional meet where he completed the course in 31:58.3…Helped the squad to finish 17th in the standings…

2010:  Rookie student-athlete who saw valuable actionin his freshman year… Competed for the U of R in sevenmeets… Made his collegiate debut at the Cal State FullertonSeason Opener (9/4) with a time of 34:02.30… Crossed thefinish line with a season-best mark of 30:57.00 at the StanfordInvite (9/24)… NCAA West Regional participant… Helpedthe team to achieve U.S. Track & Field and Cross CountryCoaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Academic honors with a teamcumulative GPA of 3.22… Also a member of the Bulldog track& field team…
