2009-10: Took the conference by storm as a rookie swimmer, primarily competing in the butterfly and IM events… Captured SCIAC championships in the 200 Fly (1:53.35) and 400 IM (4:04.13), garnering All-SCIAC honors in these events as well as in the 200 IM for his third-place finish (1:53.04)… His 400 IM time reset the school record for this event… Also contributed to the All-Conference success of four conference champion relays, including the 400 Free Relay (3:03.78), 800 Free Relay (6:46.10), 200 Medley Relay (1:33.21), and 400 Medley Relay (3:25.79)… He and his teammates’ efforts in the 800 Free resulted in a new SCIAC, conference meet, and school record, while the 200 Medley and 400 Medley relays surpassed the conference and school records...
