Biography

2012:  Major contributor to the program’s SCIAC Championship run and first-ever NCAA Tournament victory… Competed in all 18 games for the Maroon and Gray, primarily as a midfielder… First-Team All-SCIAC selection… Second-Team All-IWLCA All-Region honoree… Found the back of the net on two occasions and dished out a pair of assists… Recorded her first point of the season on an assist against the University of Puget Sound on Feb. 29… Only took three shots for a solid shooting percentage of 66.7%...  Nabbed 34 ground balls and 13 draw controls… Forced opponents to make 13 turnovers, highlighted by three against Pomona-Pitzer on April 28… Member of the squad that earned IWLCA Team Academic honors… Also gained experience during the team’s summer trip to Europe, where it won the Berlin Open…

2011:  Important player for the third-place Bulldogs who reached the NCAA Championships for the first time in school history…  Made appearances in all 18 games, including 16 starts, during the team’s historic run to the playoffs…   Scored 17 goals on only 28 shots, giving her an outstanding shooting percentage of .607…  Converted four of her free-position attempts… Dished out seven assists to give her a total of 24 points on the campaign…  Recipient of the team’s “Groundhog” Award due to her team-leading 44 ground balls…  Also picked up 29 draw controls and 19 caused turnovers…  Helped the Bulldogs overcome a five-goal deficit against Sewanee (TN) by recording a hat trick en route to a 25-20 victory…  Second-Team All-SCIAC…

2010:  Integral player for the second-place Bulldogs, who competed in the first-ever SCIAC season of women’s lacrosse… Garnered 18 starts in 19 games played, primarily as a midfielder… Posted a team-leading shooting percentage of .682, converting 15 of her 22 shots into goals… Recorded an incredible 20 shots on-goal, missing the mark just twice…   Credited with the game-winner against the University of Puget Sound (WA) on March 20... Added three assists for a total of 18 points… Translated six of her eight free-position shots into scores… Revealed her defensive prowess with 43 ground balls, which tied her for the most on the team… Came up with five ground balls in a single game on two occasions… Also forced 12 opponent turnovers during the season… Nabbed 35 draw controls for the third-best mark among the Bulldogs… Second-Team All-SCIAC…
