2011:  Veteran competitor who helped the Bulldogs to capture their first SCIAC championship since 1964… Specialized in the 800m Run as well as a member of the 4x400m Relay… This third-year runner garnered nine top-five finishes… Registered a personal-low time of 1:54.49 at the SCIAC Multi-Dual No. 2 on April 2…Locked up his top 800m finish at the U of R Invite (3/18), hitting a time of 1:57.51… Contributed to the winning 4x400m Relay at the Oxy Invite, which posted an NCAA provisional time of 3:14.13… Rose Hill and Endowed Scholarship recipient… Dean’s List member… Also a member of the Redlands cross country team…   

2010:  Established himself as one of the elite half-milers in the SCIAC… Opened up his sophomore year by finishing the 1500m with a time of 4:17.00 at the Pomona-Pitzer All-Comers Meet (2/20)…  Took fourth at the SCIAC Multi-Dual No.1 Meet (3/6) in his first 800m of the year, clocking in at 1:58.51… Crossed the finish line second at the Redlands Invite (1:57.87) and the SCIAC Multi-Dual No.3 Meet (1:57.10)… Captured the No.1 spot at the SCIAC Multi-Dual No.2 Meet (1:56.03)… Earned All-Conference honors at the SCIAC Championships, registering fourth overall (1:5623)… Capped off the season with a personal-record at the Occidental Invite when he finished the race in 1:55.23… Notched six top-10 finishes on the season… Rose Hill Science Scholarship recipient…  Also a member of the Redlands cross country program…  

2009: Contributed to the team as a solid middle-distance runner… Ran a 9:35.15 in the 3000m Run at the Rossi Relays… Boasted an impressive fifth-place finish in the 1500m (4:17.00) at the SCIAC Top-4 meet… Clocked an eight-place 51.57 in the 400m at the Redlands Invitational… Registered a quality 1:58.51 standard in the 800m at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational, setting the stage for his success in the event during the latter half of the season… Finished third in the 800m (1:57.95) at the SCIAC Multi-Duals… Narrowly missed out on making finals in the 800m at the SCIAC Championships, settling for ninth with a preliminary time of 1:59.14… Took third as a member of the Redlands 4x400m Relay at SCIACs… Posted his season-best in the 800m at the Steve Scott Invitational (1:57.54)… All-SCIAC in the 4x400m Relay… Also a member of the Bulldog cross country team… Redlands Scholar-Athlete… Dean’s List member…
