Biography

2014:  Distance runner for the Bulldogs in his second season… Notched a season-best time of 16:41.75 in the 5000 Meters at the 2014 SCIAC Track & Field Championships… His fastest and only time in the 1500 Meters (4:23.39) came at the Redlands Invitational on March 21… Began the season with a career-best time of 9:25.83 in the 3000 Meters at the Rossi Relays on February 22… Finished ninth in the 3000 Steeplechase at the SCIAC Track & Field Championships with a career-best time of 9:57.74… 

2013:  First-year competitor who focused primarily on the distance events for the Bulldogs… Finished season-best third in the 3000 Steeplechase with a time of 10:28.79 at the SCIAC Multi-Dual No. 3, before uncorking his season-best time of 10:14.53 at the Pomona-Pitzer Invite… Completed the 5000 Meters at the SCIAC Championships with a career-best time of 16:38.52… Named Team’s Most Improved athlete by coaches…
