University of Redlands

Brent Baier joined the Bulldog football staff in the summer of 2021 and entered his new role at Redlands with direct knowledge of the Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC).  He began at Cal Lutheran University as a football student-athlete, gained coaching stints at Claremont-Mudd-Scripps Colleges and the University of La Verne, and earned his Master of Science in Educational Counseling as a Leo.

Overall, Baier brings more than 15 years of coaching, recruiting, play-calling, equipment management, and academic leadership experience to the Bulldog football program.  Most recently, he served as an Educational Counselor at Wilmer Amina Carter High School and Admissions Counselor at La Verne but excitedly returned to the coaching ranks by working with the U of R's tight ends.
