University of Redlands

2016:  Quality competitor for the 2016 SCIAC Champions that went undefeated against conference opponents en route to an 8-2 overall record… Played a big role in the team’s NCAA playoff appearance and final national ranking of No. 25… Helped Redlands defeated Cal Lutheran University, 34-30, to capture the Smudge Pot for the fourth year in a row… Finished out his fourth season with a solid performance that included 49 total tackles… Racked up 33 solo hits… Notched 10 pass break-ups and two picks… Repeated as an All-SCIAC First-Team honoree following his 2014 award…

2015: Third-year defensive back for the Bulldogs… Dubbed a USA College Football Division III Pre-Season All-America First-Teamer…  Competed in four games before being sidelined with an injury… Tallied 26 tackles, including 19 solo hits… Also recorded one pass break-up and one interception… Part of the team that kept the Smudge Pot Trophy at Redlands for the third-straight season... 

2014:  Served as an active defensive contributor to the secondary for the Bulldogs during his sophomore campaign… Ranked third on the team in tackles (62) and tackles per game (6.9)… Supplied a season-high 14 tackles against Chapman University… Also credited with forcing two fumbles on the season, one in a win against Cal Lutheran University and another against No. 3 Linfield College… Recorded an interception in a 47-7 tromping of Pomona-Pitzer Colleges… Big part of the Bulldogs’ second-place finish in SCIAC and successful defense of the Smudge Pot Trophy… Member of the All-SCIAC First Team…

2013: Contributed to the 2013 SCIAC championship team that participated in the NCAA Division III tournament for the seventh time in school history… Played in all 10 games as a defensive back for the Bulldogs… Recorded 16 solo hits and 16 assisted tackles… Averaged 3.2 tackles per game… Grabbed three interceptions, one of which he brought back for a 76-yard touchdown against Pacific Lutheran University (WA) on Sept. 21… Recovered one fumble and broke up three passes on the season…
