Biography

2013:  Veteran second baseman who played an integral role in the Bulldogs’ success… Contributed to the program’s ninth consecutive conference title en route to appearing at the NCAA Championships for the ninth year in a row… Helped the team to boast a final year-end national ranking of 15th… Member of the SCIAC All-Academic Softball Team… UR Scholar-Athlete… Member of the Dean’s List… After rebounding from injury in 2012, she competed in all 48 games of the season… Ranked second in all of NCAA Division III for 0.59 hits-by-pitch per game for 26 total… Also recorded 39 hits, including six doubles and one triple, for a batting average of .322… Showed off her speed with 14 stolen bases… Scored 40 runs for the Maroon and Gray and supplied 16 RBI… Reveled in her patience at the plate with 24 walks… Excelled on defense with a near-perfect fielding percentage of .986 that came off of 75 putouts and a school-record 130 assists… Contributed to eight double plays…

2011:  Steady contributor at short stop for the SCIAC co-champions… Helped Redlands to capture the SCIAC Postseason Tournament title for an automatic berth to the NCAA Championships… Member of the record-setting team that amassed the most wins in program history with an overall record of 38-11… Second-Team All-SCIAC selection… Member of the NFCA All-Region Third Team… Made 47 starts in her rookie season… Recorded a batting average of .328, connecting on 44 hits in 134 at-bats… Supplied seven doubles, four triples and one home run… Crossed home plate on 46 occasions and earned 12 RBI… Posted a slugging percentage of .463 to go along with an on-base percentage of .516… Went 19-for-22 in stolen base attempts… Supplied a total of eight sacrifices… Managed the heat at short stop, boasting a .965 field percentage with 52 putouts and a team-leading 87 assists… Stole a season-high three bags in the team’s win over Occidental College on March 5… Took two hits-by-pitch in three different games… Dean’s List members… UR Scholar-Athlete…
