2016:   Member of the squad that collected American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) Team Academic Award… Competed in 17 matches and 61 total sets as a defensive specialist… Rank second on the team with 251 digs for an average of 4.11 per set… Also tallied five kills, 32 assists, and 29 service aces… Contributed to the team’s undefeated showing at the Pacific Coast Classic during opening weekend… After providing 85 digs through four matches at the MIT Invitational, Hickman represented Redlands on the seven-woman All-Tournament Team… Served as team captain…

2015: Competed in 26 matches, primarily as the team’s libero… Racked up a team-high 305 digs for an average of 3.55 per set… Added 19 service aces from the back line… Stepped in for 30 assists… Credited with six kills as well… Part of the squad that received the 2015-16 team Academic Award from the AVCA… Earned the Team’s Defensive Player of the Year… 

2014:  Came on strong in the latter half of her rookie season, earning opportunities as a defensive specialist/libero… Saw time in 21 matches and 51 sets… Notched 120 digs, which was third-best on the squad… Averaged 2.11 digs per set… Provided a season-high 14 digs against Augustana College (IL) on Sept 5… Tallied double-digit digs on eight occasions…  Also dished out 13 assists… Member of the squad that received the AVCA Team Academic Award…
