2025-26 Women's Basketball All-SCIAC Release
LAGUNA NIGUEL, Calif. – The Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC) announced the All-SCIAC Awards for women's basketball with the University of Redlands' AJ Wick and Leila Hosn being selected.
Wick was selected for the second consecutive season, both as a first teamer. She finished third in SCIAC play, scoring 15.3 points per game (PPG). She was second in rebounding at 11.3, 16th in assists with 2.3, and tied for ninth with 1.9 steals.
Her best games offensively came against Claremont-Mudd-Scripps (CMS) on the road when she scored 18 points. Then at home against CMS, she had 11 free throw attempts, tying for the most in a single game. In that same game she had 15 rebounds, second most.
Hosn makes the second team for the second-straight season. She averaged 10.6 PPG, 6.3 rebounds, tied for ninth, led SCAIC with four assists, and tied for ninth averaging 1.9 steals.
Her eight assists against CMS at home tied for the SCIAC-high. She also added four steals in that game which are tied for the sixth most in a single game.
Wick and Hosn lead the Bulldogs against No. 1 seed California Lutheran University (CLU) on Thursday at 7 p.m. in the SCIAC Tournament Semifinal.
