LA CROSSE, Wis. – Jude Holling (Sylmar, CA) competed in the finals of the 400m Hurdles at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field Championships Saturday afternoon where he ran a 53.21 finishing in eighth place, earning him First-Team All-American honors for the University of Redlands.
For his performance he earned the Bulldogs' their lone point at the NCAA Championships.
Holling completes his second season with the Maroon and Grey with the school record in the 400m Hurdles (52.34), which came in the preliminary round of the NCAA Championships on Thursday. He also ran the ninth-fastest 400m time (47.87) at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational earlier this season.
He and the Bulldogs will return to competition this December when the Track and Field Indoor season begins.
