2014:  Solid contributor to the Bulldog cross country team throughout her career… Began her final campaign with a sixth-place time of 17:07.8 on the 4500-meter course at the Redlands Invitational on August 30… Took 11th at the UC Riverside Invite on September 13 by unleashing a time of 18:38.0 on the 5K-course… From here on out, she finished among the top five in every meet that the completed… Her career-best 6K-time of 21:51.6 came at the SCIAC Multi-Dual on October 17, placing her third in the race and resetting the school record… Went on to win the SCIAC Championships on November 1 with a time of 23:40.8, propelling her to being named the SCIAC XC Athlete of the Year… Major contributor to the team’s third-place showing in the conference standings…  Led the team at the NCAA West Regional Championships with her fourth-place time of 22:21.7, which earned her All-Region honors and qualified her for the NCAA Championships for the first time… Unfortunately, an injury prohibited her from completing the national meet in Mason, OH… Member of the squad that earned USTFCCCA All-Academic Team honors… Selected as an USTFCCCA All-Academic Individual… Collected SCIAC All-Academic Team recognition… Redlands Scholar-Athlete… Also ran track & field for the Bulldogs…

2013:  Third-year runner for the Bulldogs…competed in three meets before being sidelined by injury… Opened the season at the Redlands Invite by finishing 11th with a time of 18:00.20 on the 4500-meter course… Posted an 18:43.3-mark in the 5K at the UC Riverside Invitational to finish 27th overall… Crossed the 6K finish line in 22:52.4 at the Pomona-Pitzer invitational for seventh place… Earned SCIAC All-Academic Team honors… Awarded the Presidential Scholarship and Achievement Ward… Dean’s List member… 

2012:  Stellar second-year runner for Redlands…  Uncorked a season-best performance at the NCAA Division III West Region Cross Country Championships in Salem, OR, crossing the finish line in a 39th-place time of 22:42.1…  Collected All-SCIAC Second-Team honors at the SCIAC Championships by notching an 11th-place mark of 24:04.87…  Registered best showing for the Bulldogs at the SCIAC Multi-Duals in La Mirada, coming in 21st overall with a mark of 23:02.59 on the 6K course…  Clocked in the best time for the Maroon and Gray at the Redlands Invitational on the 4.5K-course, finishing in 18:01.70…  Presidential Scholarship winner… Redlands Scholar-Athlete…  Dean’s List member…

2011:  Rookie sensation who took the SCIAC by storm… Became a First-Team All-SCIAC recipient by finishing fourth at the SCIAC Championships with a time of 23:47.27… Currently sits third all time at Redlands for her blistering time of 22:21.5 on the 6K course during the 2011 Pomona-Pitzer Invitational… Ranks second in Redlands history for firing off a 5K-mark of 18:16.7 during the UC Riverside Invitational… Finished as the only non-Biola harrier among the top 10 at the season-opening Redlands Invitational by uncorking a time of 17:47.32 in her collegiate and 4500m debut… Ran her first 6K race in 22:39 to finish among the top 100 at the high-caliber Stanford Invitational…  Finished ninth at the SCIAC Multi-Duals with a time of 22:57.03…
