NORTHBOROUGH, Mass. – The Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) announced the 2026 All-Region teams Friday with University of Redlands sophomore midfielder April Bryant (Danville, CA) being named a 1st Team All-West Region selection.
Bryant is the first IWLCA selection for the Bulldogs since 2019 when Hanna Morford also made the All-West 1st Team.
Bryant finished her sophomore season with 31 goals, nine assists, and 40 points. Defensively she had 24 ground balls and 18 caused turnovers. She added 46 draw controls as well.
Her most productive game came against Pomona-Pitzer on March 11 when she had five goals along with four draw controls as the Bulldogs lost by only one on the road against the then No. 13 ranked team in the country.
This adds to a 2nd Team All-Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC) and SCIAC Newcomer of the Year honors last season and a 1st Team All-SCIAC selection this year.
