BRIDGEPORT, Pa. – The Association of Collegiate Water Polo Coaches (ACWPC) announced the Division III All-America teams Tuesday with the University of Redlands' Alyssa Sorrell (Highland, CA) earning Honorable Mention recognition.
The last Bulldog All-American was Emma Parker last season in 2024 who was also an Honorable Mention honoree.
Before injury in early March, she had 29 goals and three assists along with 30 drawn exclusions, six steals, and two field blocks.
Her best scoring game came against the Virginia Military Institute when she scored four goals. She had two goals and two assists against Carthage College.
Sorrell's strongest defensive game also came against Carthage when she had a season-high five drawn exclusions in an 11-9 win for the Maroon and Grey.
She recently graduated and plans to attend Pharmacy School this fall.
