2026 USTFCCCA All-Region Release
NEW ORLEANS – The U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCA) announced the 2026 Indoor Track & Field All-Region awards with ten University of Redlands athletes earning the honor across 14 events as part of the west region.
To earn recognition the athlete must rank inside the Top-8 of their event within their region.
Stian Asper (St. Paul, MN) makes the team in the 3000m (8:37.21) and 5000m (15:00.85) as the sixth and fourth-fastest times in those events. His 3000m time is the program record, which came at the Whitworth Indoor Invitational.
Jaiden Coleman (Las Vegas, NV) earns the recognition in the 60m (6.97 converted from 6.93 for altitude) with the fifth-fastest time in the region and the second-fastest in program history.
Christian Ferguson (Otay Mesa, CA) represented the throwers in the weight throw with a mark of 17.90, which is tops in the west and the program record.
Jude Holling (Sylmar, CA) was fourth-fastest in the 200m (21.89 converted from 22.28 for track size) and second in the 60m hurdles (8.26). His times are fourth-fastest and the program record, respectively.
Sam James (Sandia Park, NM) made it in the high jump (1.92m) and the heptathlon (4311) as the seventh and fifth ranked athlete in the west. His marks are both fourth in program history.
The second heptathlete to be recognized was Nikolas Sorich (San Jose, CA). His total of 4119 points ranked seventh in the region and in program history.
Elisabeth Eichinger (Yucaipa, CA) ranked seventh and third in the 60m hurdles (9.06) and the pentathlon (3236).
Mari Evonuk (Sherwood, OR) was the third-best high jumper (1.64m) in the region.
The second pentathlete was Shaylee Heron (Payson, AZ), ranking second in the region with 2775 points. Her total is the seventh-highest in program history.
The 10th all-region selection was Sabrina Semmere (Rancho Santa Margarita, CA) in the 200m (25.09 converted from 25.48 for track size). Her time is the program record.
These athletes' indoor seasons have come to an end, and their next meet is outdoors this Saturday at the Oxy Distance Carnival.
